Aleria’s E2dish (patent pending) are novel multiwell silicone plates supporting technically simple and high-throughput recording of electrical activity from developing neurons in vitro.
Each pair of wells of the E2dish is connected by integrated micropipettes implemented as a 1 mm long microchannels on the bottom side of the silicone unit.In this way, the E2 technology provides an electrophysiological recording system that does not require pipette micropisitioning
Seed your neuronal culture on the substrate of your choice using the E2dish and axons will sprout spontaneously through the microchannel attaining a recording configuration.
